Create-A-letter

What it is:
Create-A-Letter is a turnkey, custom, direct mail letter program that mails personalized prospecting letters, on your behalf, to targeted recipients of your choosing.

How it works:
1. You will be asked to make a commitment for the mailing of 2,500 (or more) personalized prospecting letters.
2. Next, you will be offered a selection of up to 50 different mailing lists from which to select names for your mailing. Each is targeted to a different market segment.
3. You will then be asked to provide letter text. You can forward whatever copy you deem appropriate to convey your message. Final letter copy, however, must legally be yours.
4. Lastly, you must identify the geographic area(s) to which your letters will be mailed. Generally, you will be able to target areas by county, SCF designation (first 3-letters of a zip code), or by specific 5-digit zip code designation.
5. That's it. CIS does the rest.

What you get:
1. A mailing list appropriate for the message contained in your letter.
2. Personalized lead generation letters:
   • Addressed to your prospects by name
   • Mailed in #10 white wove window envelopes (individually addressed closed face envelopes available at an additional cost)
   • Signed with a facsimile or scanned signature
   • Printed on custom letterhead, with a tear-off response coupon returnable directly to you in an enclosed business reply envelope
3. Standard (bulk rate) postage affixed by stamp, not meter, to encourage opening. You have the option of upgrading to first class postage by payment of the appropriate postage differential.
4. All materials, laser printing, and complete mail processing.
5. A copy of the list used with your mailing forwarded by e-mail.
